*Pre-Conference Workbooks and Conference Journals are not available for order on this registration form. 

ALL delegates will receive a digital copy of the Pre-conference Journal Workbook by email around mid-May.  If you want a printed copy, a link will be sent along with the digital workbook for an online printing service where you may order and pay for a printed copy. Workbooks ordered through the printing service will be shipped directly to an address that you supply. The Pre-Conference Journal Workbook will also be available to download in PDF format from the conference website at www.okumc.org/preconferenceworkbook in mid-May

Printed Journals will be available for order through the same online printing service when they are available. Delegates will receive an email when they are ready sometime in the fall. A digital version of the Journal will be posted on www.okumc.org as soon as it's completed.

Youth will be able to be in the St. Luke's Youth Room to hang out before and after returning from these events.  There will not be any meals needed to be brought by students and families and the cost includes food for the week too.  Students will need to have  closed toed shoes for all work projects.  Bringing a water bottle to have throughout the week would be a great idea too!  There are two permission forms needed for Riversport Adventures and the Regional Food Bank.
